Amy Adams Tells a Diverse Story Just after Turning out to be a Mother, Claims Sequel Is a ‘Love Letter’ to Her Daughter

Amy Adams returns as the fairy tale princess Giselle in the extensive-awaited Enchanted sequel, Disenchanted. But this time all-around, she is enjoying the character with her daughter, Aviana, in thoughts.

When Enchanted premiered in 2007, it introduced audiences a refreshing and modern day take on Disney’s princess fare. Combining 2D animation and stay-action, the movie follows the tale of a fairy tale princess who winds up in the center of New York Metropolis.

The musical stars Adams as the princess-to-be Giselle and Patrick Dempsey as Manhattan divorce lawyer Robert Philip. Idina Menzel portrays Robert’s good friend Nancy Tremaine, and James Marsden is Giselle’s suitor, Prince Edward.

The film finishes with Giselle keeping in the actual entire world to be with Robert and his younger daughter. Nancy and Edward drop for just about every other and move again to the animated fairy tale planet.
