Jack Harlow sampled Fergie’s strike single ‘Glamorous’ on his song ‘First Class’
Jack Harlow unveiled “First Class” as the next one from his sophomore album Appear Residence the Kids Skip You. The track sampled the refrain of Fergie’s song “Glamorous,” in which she spells out the title of the music and sings about traveling “first course.”
“First Class” ended up hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Incredibly hot 100 chart. The song became Harlow’s very first solo No. 1 on the chart, and his second in general just after he and Lil Nas X dominated 2021 with their hit solitary “Industry Child.”
“Glamorous” was also a No. 1 hit on the Scorching 100, achieving the top of the chart in 2007 and starting to be Fergie’s 2nd solo No. 1 strike soon after “London Bridge.” The tune finished up receiving double-platinum certification with over 2 million copies offered in the US.

Jack Harlow’s group was not sure about him sampling ‘Glamorous’

“I’m proud of myself on that one, and I have been seeking that variety of file,” Harlow admitted. “I idolized Fergie as a kid, so this is so full-circle for me, it is ridiculous.”
