Hedren started out her career as a design and was found by Hitchcock in late 1961. Soon after signing a seven-calendar year agreement with the filmmaker, she appeared in his 1963 blockbuster, The Birds. Hitchcock, who was admittedly enamored by Hedren’s natural beauty, then forged her in his upcoming movie, Marnie, opposite Scottish actor Sean Connery.

Each films acquired crucial acclaim and did very well at the box office. But in her autobiography, Tippi: A Memoir, Hedren reveals factors weren’t so good powering the scenes. 

Hedren, who is the mother and grandmother of actors Melanie Griffith and Dakota Johnson, claims that Hitchcock stalked her and made many inappropriate sexual developments, such as making an attempt to kiss and grope her. When she refused, he started mistreating her on established.
