Open studios online

Silicon Valley Open Studios (SVOS) has launched a virtual art show and fundraising event to benefit Second Harvest of Silicon Valley.

Artworks are available in many media, including painting, photography, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, furniture, woodworking, printmaking, mosaics, digital art and jewelry.

The COVID-19 pandemic compelled SVOS to pivot from its traditional format, where art afficionados visit artists’ work spaces. In its place, SVOS developed a platform to showcase their artists’ work while raising money for Second Harvest. The food bank has seen an 80 percent increase in food distribution since the pandemic began.
