MIDVALE — A Midvale man already facing charges of unlawfully having sex with a juvenile has been arrested again.

Gregory David Allen, who turns 45 on Thursday, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of rape, forcible sodomy and child endangerment.

On Oct. 27, a 14-year-old girl told police that Allen offered her a wax substance, believed to be THC dab, which she refused twice before agreeing to smoke it, according to a police affidavit. After the girl said she started to feel “numb,” Allen sexually assaulted her despite the girl telling him “No,” the affidavit states.

The girl went to a hospital for a sexual assault exam after the incident. Allen was arrested on Tuesday.

In April, Allen was charged in 3rd District Court with three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl, according to charging documents. A preliminary hearing in that case is scheduled for Dec. 1.

In 2016, Allen was charged with two counts of enticing a minor and eight counts of dealing in harmful materials to a minor, but the case was later dismissed, according to court records.
