As of 9 a.m. Tuesday EDT, the following mandatory evacuation orders had been issued. The approximate area is marked on the map above, with specific counties indicated by dots.
For more precise boundaries of zones, residents should check the emergency websites of Florida, Georgia or South Carolina.
Brevard County: Effective 8 a.m. Monday for barrier islands, including areas from Kennedy Space Center to the south beaches and Merritt Island; those in mobile homes or manufactured housing; those in low-lying, flood-prone areas; those with special medical needs such as electrical dependence.
Clay County: Effective 3 p.m. Tuesday for Evacuation Zones A and B, and for any low-lying areas and manufactured homes or other vulnerable housing.
Duval County: Effective 8 a.m. Monday for Zones A and B, as well as Huguenot and Hanna parks.
Flagler County: Effective Monday at 8 a.m., nursing homes, assisted-living facilities and group homes in Evacuation Zones A, B, and F. Effective Tuesday at 3 p.m., everyone else in Zones A , B and F, flood-prone areas, mobile homes.
Indian River County: Voluntary evacuations for the barrier islands, east of US 1, manufactured homes and substandard homes.
Martin County: Mandatory evacuations of Zones A-B, including Hutchinson Island, Jupiter Island and Sewall’s Point, plus other low lying areas, and mobile and manufactured homes.
Nassau County: Effective Monday at 8 a.m., Zones A, C and F.
Palm Beach County: Effective Sunday at 1 p.m., mobile homes, sub-standard housing and low-lying areas prone to water intrusion, barrier islands, land areas north and south of the Jupiter Inlet, and other surge-vulnerable areas south along the Intracoastal Waterway to the Broward County line.
Putnam County: Effective Monday, Zone A and low-lying areas. This evacuation order also includes all persons in boats, recreational vehicles and mobile homes.
St. Johns County: Effective Monday, at 8 a.m., evacuation Zones A and B, including the entire city of St. Augustine, the city of St. Augustine Beach, and those living on waterfront property or in flood-prone areas, as well as Hastings and Flagler Estates.
St. Lucie County: Effective Sunday at 2 p.m., the barrier island (North and South Hutchinson Island), low-lying coastal areas and mobile homes.
Volusia County: Effective Monday at 10 a.m., beachside and low-lying areas, RVs and mobile homes.
A mandatory evacuation is in effect for areas east of Interstate 95 in the counties of Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Glynn, Liberty and McIntosh.
Effective Monday at noon, these areas are under mandatory evacuation order:

Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley evacuation Zones A, B, C, D and G
Colleton County evacuation Zones A and B
Beaufort County evacuation Zone A
Jasper County evacuation Zone A
